a little over a month ago my grandma passed away so my family and i went to her house to pack up some things and look around. here are a couple photos i shot...unfortunately i didn't have a light meter

i shot a roll of film on the roof of no-comply the other day. the weather was beautiful!

so over the weekend gray, fletcher, carter and i drove down to brownsville, tx (5 minutes from the border) where we met up with simon, tea, and max to do a little Satori/Creation demo at the local skate park. thanks very much to Big Brother skate shop for hooking us up with a hotel, food, and cool spots. the trip was super fun and some of the bros stacked footage! 

DAY ONE

gray was the man for driving us all down there

travel necessities. we didn't arrive there until pretty late

DAY TWO

woke up the next morning...

..to the fucking rain!

"rain rain go away, come again another day"

geared up anyways and made our way to the skate park, subconsciously trying not to jinx mother-nature 

it wasn't looking so promising

as soon as we entered the park it started pooring

we thought to leave and let it dry up, but we encountered a setback when a tiny fender-bender somehow turned into this

and when the problems faded away the sky began to reveal its light! 

here are a few views of the park. we ended up skating the demo in the late evening as the sun was dying down...we were lucky enough to be able to shred for a couple hours after all that treacherous rain!

DAY THREE

woke up at a reasonable time sunday morning

carter had the right idea

so gray joined in

pre-departure preparations include nice, flat surfaces

ladies and gentleman, tallulah and tigerlily. they kept telling me they were driving

i was totally on the team for an hour

this spot was awesome...the cops across the street just watched us skate it for a couple hours
